Payment Methods
Pay online
At checkout, you may be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your purchase.
- Paystack: Pay with Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or bank transfer in GHS.
- Stripe: Pay by card or bank where international checkout is enabled.
Cash on delivery
When online payment is not required at checkout, you can place your order without paying upfront. We will contact you to confirm your order and arrange payment on delivery or collection.
For call-to-order items, contact us via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and arrange payment on delivery or collection.
Notes
- Currency: Prices are shown in GHS. USD may be available at checkout when international payments are enabled.
- Checkout: If online payment is enabled, the checkout button will say Pay now and redirect you to Paystack or Stripe. Otherwise, it will say Place order.
- Receipts: After a successful order, you'll receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
- In-store pickup: Cash and Mobile Money may also be accepted when collecting your order at iDotCom.
